Bragg Gaming Receives Approval to Enter Pennsylvania iGaming Market

Bragg Gaming is on the verge of entering the Pennsylvania internet gaming market. This development follows the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) granting them approval, marking the final obstacle in their purchase of Spin Games.

The agreement to acquire Spin Games, reached last May, will involve Bragg disbursing $30 million for the Nevada-based iGaming company. Spin already possesses licenses to function in several significant US markets, including New Jersey, Michigan, Connecticut, and, notably for this situation, Pennsylvania.

This acquisition represents a substantial milestone for Bragg Gaming as they aim to establish a presence in the US market. With the license secured, the company anticipates finalizing the deal later this month, aligning with the schedule they disclosed in December.

Yaniv Spielberg, Bragg’s Chief Strategy Officer, expressed clear satisfaction with obtaining the license and enthusiasm for Bragg’s prospects in Pennsylvania. He stated: “We are grateful for the PGCB’s thoroughness in evaluating our license application and are delighted to receive authorization to initiate iGaming activities in Pennsylvania. With this approval, we anticipate completing our acquisition of Spin Games in the upcoming weeks.”

He also mentioned, “We’re excited to begin operations rapidly within the American market once this agreement is finalized.

“Through the merger of Spin Games and our current technology, our goal is to establish a dominant force that integrates our international proficiency with Spin’s well-established US footprint and partnerships.”
