The gaming enterprise, ComeOn Group, has joined forces with the Richmond Foundation, based in Malta, to unveil a novel mental health initiative. This project, known as ComeOn Cares, will furnish a variety of support services and resources to ComeOn personnel across its global offices.
ComeOn Cares will be integrated as a core component of the company’s employee benefits plan, granting access to mental health first aid instruction and other valuable tools from the Richmond Foundation. The organization views this as a critical investment in the welfare of its workforce and an integral element of its dedication to social responsibility.
Beyond the ComeOn Cares program, the company is also rolling out a fresh volunteer scheme, encouraging its 550 staff members to engage with causes they find meaningful.
At ComeOn, the concept of contributing to society is firmly rooted in their company ethos. The organization motivates its global workforce to engage in volunteerism within their neighborhoods by taking part in initiatives such as revitalizing parks, providing assistance at animal rescue facilities, and championing other significant local endeavors.
ComeOn recently internally created a new casino application programming interface (API) and has selected the German game creator, Apparat Gaming, as their inaugural collaborator to utilize it. This alliance will empower Apparat to craft games employing ComeOn’s technological framework.
